The earthquake that hit Haiti a year ago today was the sharpest single shock in a 400 year history characterized by very hard times. In the wake of the earthquake Progressive Black Men, Inc. wanted to lend a any resources we could to help in this disaster.
On Friday November 19th our organization held a charity benefit dinner were students, faculty, organizations & campus departments showed their support in our event with 200+ guest in attendance.
In this event we raised $800 for two organizations Noles for Haiti & Red Cross Noles. We ask you continue to keep Haiti in your prayers and keep supporting Haiti as they recover from this disaster.
